Lemon Curd Naked Cake

Two layers of moist and zesty lemon cake which is drizzled with a lemon syrup when its hot out of the oven. It is then decorated with a vanilla buttercream, there is no icing on the sides, and has a homemade lemon curd in between the layers and swirled on top. To finish it off it is decoarted with freeze dried raspberries and raspberry crisp balls.
