Lemon & Passionfruit Naked Cake

Two layers of a moist and zesty lemon cake which is drizzled with a lemon syrup when it’s hot out of the oven. It is then decorated with a vanilla buttercream, homemade passionfruit curd both in between the layers and on top, and finished with crushed meringues and dark chocolate crisp balls.
